Do combination of excercise for 6/7 days per week for atleast 30 minutes. Build Muscles by weight building exercise atleast 3days per week. Start slowly with as little as 5 minutes of exercise and progress gradually. Feel discomfort in the beginning, after that you will get stronger and those early aches will fade. Have rish factor of heart disease, consult a health professional first.

i. Open webpages faster: Open IE go to  Tools , click Internet Options . In  General  under Browsing history section, click Settings . In the Temporary Internet Files dialog box, in Check for newer versions of stored pages  section, click  Automatically button and set the Amount of disk space to use:  500 MB. Minimum 250 MB. Click OK, Apply change. See the difference. ii. Increase browsing speed by turning off graphics in Windows Internet Explorer: In the Settings box under Advance tab of Internet option scroll down to the Multimedia section. Uncheck the following check boxes.   Play animations in web pages  Play sounds in web pages  Play videos in web pages  Show pictures.  Click Apply .  iii. Browse offline by saving web pages on your computer: iv. Reduce email size  and use simple email signatures. v. Send email using Groups / Distribution Lists. vi.  Send multiple Attachment by compressing which save lot of space. Use winzip or winrar for compressing.
